Access to the Kelly Learning Center

 

Enrollment in the Kelly Learning Center

  • If you provided a personal e-mail address when you applied with Kelly, and then you were hired, you were enrolled in the Kelly Learning Center and sent a confirmation e-mail message with your User ID and Password.
  • If you did not provide a personal e-mail address, create one and notify your Kelly representative. When he or she updates your information, you will be automatically enrolled in the Kelly Learning Center. You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours.
  • If you have further questions about accessing the KLC, contact the Kelly IT Service Desk at 1-800-KELLY-28 (535-5928).

Getting Started

  1. Use the following URL to access the Kelly Learning Center: https://kellyservices.skillport.com. It is recommended that you bookmark the site. The KLC can also be accessed through mykelly.com.
  2. In the User ID field, enter the Username you were provided in your welcome e-mail. Note: This is your ALT ID (KSN ID), which can be found on your paystub.
  3. In the Password field, enter kelly1. Click Log in.
  4. You will be prompted to change your Password. User IDs and Passwords are case sensitive. Please make a note of them, for future reference.
  5. Search for specific courses using the keyword Search for box in the upper middle screen, or find courses by clicking the Catalog button. For additional information on how to get the most from the Kelly Learning Center, click the Support link for resources or Live Help (available 24x7).

Account Deactivation

All current Kelly employees, as well as individuals eligible for rehire with Kelly, will have access to the Kelly Learning Center. However, if you have not accessed the Kelly Learning Center for more than 9 months, your Kelly Learning Center account will be made inactive. If you would like to regain access, call the Kelly IT Service Desk at 1-800-KELLY28 (535-5928).
